Welcome to Jennifer Haase for State Representative! I am running for State Representative of the 32nd District, which covers both Macomb and St. Clair Counties. The 32nd District is made up of the communites of Richmond, Chesterfield, New Baltimore, Lenox, New Haven, Armada, Memphis, Ira, Columbus, Wales, and Kimball. I look forward to meeting the residents of these communities in the upcoming months and having a chance to discuss the issues that each of you face.
I am a lifelong resident of Macomb County, and moved to the City of Richmond six years ago after meeting my husband, Robert. We love the community we live in, and enjoy having our friends and family close to us in the surrounding areas. Through my experiences and the experiences of both family and friends who live in the communities of the 32nd District, I have come to know and understand the difficulties that face all of us. I have also come to know the benefits of the communities of the 32nd District, and enjoy every day living here as a resident.
I will work to improve the public education system to ensure that all children have an opportunity to succeed in the classroom. I will work to keep the good paying jobs that Michigan already has, right here in Michigan. I will work to bring new jobs to Michigan, and work so that Michigan becomes a leader in the Nation in clean, renewable energy technologies. Michigan's children deserve the chance to succeed in the classroom, and then to succeed in Michigan's job market when they graduate. I also am committed to the environment. Michigan has great natural resources, and amongst the greatest, our Great Lakes. I will strive to keep our lakes and waterways just that - Great, and will keep Michigan's fresh water supply where it belongs - in Michigan.

I believe that I am that leader. I will work tirelessly for our residents and will work with all of the legislators in Lansing to effect postive change in the 32nd District.
